Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Azure and AWS cloud-based architectures, frameworks, and solutions that align with the organization's overall business objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and sysadmins, to gather requirements and define cloud architecture specifications.
• Deliver HLD, LLD and Migration plan as part of project engagements and deliverables.
• Evaluate and select appropriate Azure and AWS cloud technologies and platforms to meet the organization's needs and optimize performance.
• Implement cloud migration, including assessing the feasibility and risks associated with transitioning applications and systems to the cloud.
• Configure, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between cloud-based and on-premises systems.
• Monitor and optimize cloud-based systems, identifying and resolving performance issues, and implementing necessary improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud architecture and implementation and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Perform advanced problem determination and root-cause-analysis
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)

Skills, Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Azure and AWS Cloud Architect/Implementation Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Modern workplace solution or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing Microsoft Modern workplace solutions including O365, Intune, Ms defender.
• knowledge in cloud architecture design principles, including scalability, availability, and security.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools, and the ability to assess the feasibility and risks associated with cloud adoption.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes and Azure Devops
• Familiarity with Cloud DBaaS including Cosmo DB, PaaS Mysql, etc
• Familiarity with DR solutions and replication tools including Azure Site Recovery, carbonite
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert , Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate , AWS certified Solutions Architect or developer
• At least 5 years' experience as a Azure and AWS Architecture and Implementation Engineer role
• At least 3+ years of experience in a Azure and AWS Cloud Engineer role or related position
• Understanding of cloud computing architecture, technical design, and implementations, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS delivery models
• Experience in scripting like shell, PERL and Python
• Knowledge with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
