1. Experience in IT Systems Administration
2. Experience working with Virtual Servers and VMware
3. Experience of Handling and configuring Virtual Servers
4. Experience on Ethernet-Based Network Technologies
5. Experience in Microsoft-Based Server Applications
6. Experience in restructuring and managing Windows Active Directory,DNS
7. Experience in managing Office 365
8. Experience in monitoring and managing backups systems
9. Expertise in maintenance of Servers and Storage hardware, devices
 Be able to install updates and patches
10. Servers - Installation, Configuration. 50+ Servers Troubleshooting, Manage, Health monitoring, Patch deployment
11. Support - Wokstations - 170+ Workstations, Trouble shooting, Monitor, Patch deployment
 12. Support - Printers - Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting
13. Expertise in Antivirus Management
14. Expertise in Endpoint Secuirty systems
15. Have experience in Firewall management (Ports , Policies)
16. Have experience in Router, Switch management
