- Must have hands-on experience on SAP HCM (Core HR /Payroll Management), SAP ESS.
- Must have hands-on experience to design and develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions.
- Responsible to work with business users or analyst to understand the requirements.
- Responsible to design and develop technical solutions for data extraction.
- Responsible to design and develop solutions for data transformation.
- Responsible to define and develop technical standards.
- Responsible to unit and integration testing to validate and review the development to meet agreed business requirements.
- Responsible to define standard development practices to help organization in long term vision to continuous improvement in delivery and SAP to cloud transformation process
Pre-Requisite:
- Must be comfortable to travel onsite as per business needs.
- Must be flexible to do work from home with availability of required facility, till pandemic situation.
Experience: 4 to 9 Years
Salary: 9 LPA to 18 LPA Max
