Job Description

GluCare is a Technology company disguised as a Diabetes Clinic. We use technology-enhanced services to provide metabolic health service, primarily for diabetes and other endocrinology services as well as common comorbidities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat)
  • Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform social media strategy
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team to develop compelling content, including text, image, and video assets, for social media posts
  • Schedule and publish social media content using social media management tools
  • Monitor social media analytics and generate reports on key performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Assist in managing influencer relationships and partnerships
  • Support the planning and execution of social media contests, campaigns, and events

Skills, Experiences

  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
  • Passion for social media and familiarity with various social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creativity in developing engaging social media content and campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
  • Prior experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is a plus
