Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat)
Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform social media strategy
Collaborate with the marketing and design team to develop compelling content, including text, image, and video assets, for social media posts
Schedule and publish social media content using social media management tools
Monitor social media analytics and generate reports on key performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms, and make recommendations for improvements
Assist in managing influencer relationships and partnerships
Support the planning and execution of social media contests, campaigns, and events
Skills, Experiences
Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, or a related field)
Passion for social media and familiarity with various social media platforms
Basic understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity in developing engaging social media content and campaigns
Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
Prior experience managing personal or professional social media accounts is a plus
